IceFrog : I wanted to release this sooner rather than later because of some important code fixes. I am planning on finishing the traditional Dota .x9 quest for Dota Allstars 6.59b (along with some more balance tweaks) and then followed by Tauren Chieftain in Dota 6.60 if everythings work out right.

Dota 6.59b Quest Guide & Walkthrough
Find all 4 Totems:
- Fire Totem: Left Sent Base Forest
- Earth Totem: Right of the -RD circle
- Water Totem: Sent Waterfall (top lane)
- Wind Totem: Upper Scourge Base Forest
Note: You need true sight to see them and even they are just shadows really, its hard to pick them up, using the mouse scroll or screen rotation can help
Bring them to the RD circle and use them, the Tauren Chieftain (TC) will spawn, do not engage him yet b/c he is impossible
Find all 4 Icefrogs and move them to the RD circle, which will kill the 4 totems empowering the TC (the frogs will just die upon reaching the circle, making the totem's vulnerable)
Frog A: South of Top Lane Side Shop
Frog B: North of Second Scourge Tower on Top Lane
Frog C: East of First Scourge Lane Tower on Bot Lane
Frog D: South of Bot Lane Side Shop
Use HoTD to dom the frogs and move them to the circle, they are slow as hell so this will take a while.
Kill the totems when they become vulnerable and kill the TC, he has no regen so just DPS him down with whatever combo of heroes you want.

Dota 6.59b Quest Suggested Heroes:
- Furion- For Force of Nature and Teleport make the pre-fight part of the quest easier see the replay where i use him to get all 4 frogs and totems. You can also use Sprout to prevent pushback (see replay)
- Stunner/Disabler- We used void in the replay, but apparently Chrono doesn't stop the pushback, so really any hero with a stun will work (except for those who can't target Ancients)
- Damage Enhancers/Debuffers- This means Ogre Magi (which fits into the previous category as well)
- Lots of Ranged and ONE melee- This will increase DPS b/c heroes wont have to be running back or blinking back at the TC
Suggestion Items:
Anything that makes u go pew-pew
One last note on the fight vs TC: Either stand in the corner or have Furion to give u trees

hehe me too... but i still do not understend with frogs... only move them to RD and nothing happyned, they die, and totems stay alive...what i do wrong?
u gotta move 1 frog then kill the totem that has become vulnerable... then move another frog... then kill another totem.... then the other frog... then the other totem..... then the last frog.... then the last totem...... he is strong...... but beatable... since he dont regen after totems destroyed

omg i played around 20-30 games in dota 6.59b and i did not this quest

LoL Beat him with any ranged unit with decent pew-pew dps and -test mode. Wait for TC to go onto the tree stumps and type -trees :D

if you want to go with the stucking method, you don't even have to use the test mode; it's easy to get him stuck without it
after a long time fight the TC over half a hour, at last i killed him and i was discover some skill that familiar as others hero example, shockwave(ursa), also seem like he have a passive(basher)1 sec stun, also passive(knockback) "sometimes i got knockback when i close to him even when he did not attacking me, and the last 1, he can do a AOE knock back all unit surround him..HMM probably this was his ulti. >.<'' could this skill could be use by TC in the next 6.60 ??

This sounds fun but a noob joined my game and started spamming wards straight away in a pub game and started finding the totems spoiling the game which annoys me. I wonder why he jus could be smarter and cre8 a single player game and try it

I killed TC with Troll warlord in just 10-15 minutes i got 6x inventory. DOTA 6.59b quest rocks
i can't pick up totem of fire and totem of water x( please help me
Try zooming by using PageUP Page DOwn key, i manage to do it after 2-3 times. but Totem of earth and Totem of wind is very hard to pick
just use move command for all the frogs to follow you and wait near the totem they will find you and follow
for finding the totems just select the area by drag clicking and you can select the totem itself.
pick it is a little pain.
drag the area dat the totems are and put ur cursor on it. keep trying until the flower hand [or whatever it is] until it turns yellow, press f1 once and den right click. u sld be able to pick up the totems easily using this method
shet nalagay ko na lahat pero wala naman lumabas. i had put all the totem but nothing came out its fake men.

anynymous , maybe you got its placement wrong . i tried it the first time and i got it . for the second time, it didnt work so i tried it again .. try this sequence , earth- water-fire-wind .. dunno .. not quite sure about this , just give it a shot ;)
